Resale Lot

Looking to sell a vehicle? Be sure to check out the Vehicle Resale Lot, located in the Main MCX Complex Parking Lot (next to Dunkin’ Donuts)! To better serve you with evening and weekend hours, Vehicle Resale Lot registrations are now being accepted at the MCCS Auto Skills Center, Bldg 1250, Birch Stt. Extension.

Signs are posted in each of the four medians adjacent to the resale lot notifying customers that a Resale Lot Authorization Form is required. Any vehicles parked without a Resale Lot Authorization Form will be towed and stored at owner’s expense.

In order to place your vehicle on the Resale Lot, the Authorization Form (available at the Auto Skills Center) must be completed to be assigned a numbered parking space on the lot.

FEE: $30 charge, payable in advance, for each 30-day rental period.

In addition, the following items must be brought:

• Valid ID
• Proof of ownership of the vehicle (registration
• Current insurance coverage card
• Power of attorney (if the present owner is not available)
