Child and Youth
Child and Youth Programs (CYP) provide high quality child care programs and services that support eligible families. Child Development Programs, available for children six weeks through 12 years of age, include Child Development Centers, School Age Care and Family Child Care which offer full day and part time child care and in some locations hourly child care. Youth Programs, serving children ages 6 to 18, are offered at many installation locations.
Information, Referral, and Relocation
This program provides information and referral functions designed for mobile military lifestyles. Individuals with unresolved needs are referred to the resource that can best address the needs. Specialists maintain a database of installation, Department of Defense, community, and national resources. It oversees all relocation service functions to assist with a PCS.
Military Family Life
Using an integrated community health approach, the Community Counseling Program (CCP) equips Marines and families with the skills to address life?s challenges before there is significant impact to performance in their duties and relationships. The CCP assists Marines and families in accomplishing their personal goals through short-term solution focused counseling, skill enhancement, education and referrals to other helping resources.

Personal Financial Management
The Personal Financial Management Program assists Marines and their families in achieving and sustaining personal financial readiness by providing personal financial education, training, counseling, and financial information and referral. A solid understanding of personal finances will build confidence in facing financial challenges, responsibilities and mission readiness.
Prevention and Counseling
Behavioral Health strives to encourage and empower our community by helping to create and maintain healthy relationships and life skills. Behavioral Health is responsible for providing resources that facilitate and integrate training, rapid identification, and referral for resources, and prevention and treatment services to respond to the complex needs of Marines and their families.
Single Marine Program
The Single Marine Program (SMP) serves as the voice for single Marines in identifying concerns, developing initiatives, and providing recommendations through advocacy, recreational activities, special events and community involvement. The SMP is comprised of single Marines who represent their Unit and want to make a difference within their unit and on their installation.
Transition Readiness Program
TRP provides career/employment assistance, vocational guidance, and transition information to separate Marines and their family members. The tools and information provided enable all separating Marines and their family members to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. Separating Marines are counseled and advised of the availability of these programs and their responsibility for attending prior to leaving the military.
Voluntary Education
The Voluntary Education Program provides personal and professional learning opportunities to the Marine Corps community. Services and resources are provided by qualified counselors and advisors in cooperation with education service providers through individual and group counseling, workshops and training opportunities to include testing for college credit and pre-admission.
Volunteer Opportunities
The Volunteer Program provides opportunities to active duty personnel, their family members, retirees, veterans, and civilians to connect the installation and community volunteer resources. Across the globe Marines, Sailors and their families are giving back to their communities.
