Fit Together Fridays

Fit Together Friday, a community initiative, is designed to unite our MCAS Iwakuni community. It provides a unique opportunity for all military families to socialize, connect, and improve their wellness through participation in a wellness walk.

Fit Together Friday is an inclusive event. It welcomes individuals, families, strollers, and even furry friends, making it a perfect opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy a healthy walk.

What to expect:

• 8:10-8:20 AM | Meet & Stretch
• 8:20-8:50 AM | 1.5-mile walk from the back of IronWorks South to the turning point of the sea wall. (15m for each way, 30m in total walking time)
• 8:50-9 AM | Stretch & Finish

Location: The meeting point is at the back of the IronWorks South Seawall entrance. Parking is available at IronWorks South Gym.

Individuals, families, strollers, and even furry friends are welcome!
