- Participants are required to follow MCAS Iwakuni Travel Guidelines for Tokyo Prefecture.
- If the minimum number of guests needed for this tour (15) is not reached by MAR 6, the tour will be canceled and money will be refunded.
- If guest cancellation is made on or before MAR 6, there is a $5 cancellation fee per person.
- If guest cancellation is made between MAR 7 and MAR 19, there is a two-night hotel fee and a $10 per person cancellation fee.
- If guest cancellation is made on or after MAR 20, there is no refund.
