- Participants are required to follow MCAS Iwakuni Travel Guidelines for Tokyo Prefecture.
- If the minimum number of guests needed for this tour (15) is not reached by NOV 30, the tour will be canceled and money will be refunded.
- If guest cancellation is made on or before NOV 30, there is a $5 cancellation fee per person.
- If guest cancellation is made between DEC 1 and DEC 11, there is a two-night hotel fee and a $10 per person cancellation fee.
- If guest cancellation is made on or after DEC 12, there is no refund.
