Aikido - October
Aikido class includes warm-up exercises, cardio, core strengthening, and technique in a fun and fast-paced environment!
Registration is available starting from October 6 at noon.
- Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:45-7:45 PM
- Dates: October 8, 10, 29 & 31
- Location: IronWorks North dojo room
- Attire: White martial arts gi or long athletic pants and a long-sleeve shirt
With $40/month pre-registration or class drop-ins available in the classroom for $10/class via QR-code.
